Black spot on third eyelid??

Just wondering if this is something I should get seen for ASAP. Noticed this black spot on Norman’s third eyelid and I don’t remember it being there before. He’s also recently developed a black freckle on the bottom eyelid, almost looks like it could potentially turn into a growth. He does have a lot of allergies and he recently stopped his apoquel.. I don’t know if this is a result on that or something more serious. Obviously I will be taking him to the vet but would like some advice please.

Never seen anything like that... could be pigmentation change but a vet visit for sure if it were me

I know right! It’s not bothering him but I have no idea what it could be and google isn’t pulling up anything either. He doesn’t have an appointment until Wednesday so I guess we will get it figured out then!
