How is your Frenchie's poop?

Curious if we should find another option.

Currently feeding Honest Kitchen Beef w/ Oats clusters. Topping with a few pieces of Open Farm freeze dried beef.

Anyways I notice with this kibble, Charlies poop isn't as solid as previous kibbles. Been on this kibble for a few months now.

It starts off pretty good for the first few inches but the last inch or 2 gets pretty soft and very moist. Enough where she drags her butt on the ground afterwards sometimes. Need to give her butt a wipe to clean up.

So, should the poop be solid throughout ? Or is this normal?

I’m a believer that for the most part, it should be solid throughout. Both my boys eat raw and have pretty consistent poop. My girl (English bulldog) gets Open Farm kibble and at 1 cup twice a day plus probiotics, her poop is normally solid and good. If she eats too much, it can get a little soft.

I was going to ask if she was being fed too much, that can cause soft poo but Citty is right it doesn’t have to always be solid.

My bulldog starts out solid but by time he gets last out it is soft.
