My Kora is 14 years old (14 years, 4 months and 6 days to be exact ) and I was just wondering if there was anyone else on here who has or has had a senior frenchie, and how old they are/were.
Kora definitely has her health issues (heart problems and pulmonary fibrosis, arthritis and significant loss of muscle mass, cataracts, hearing loss - all the "normal" old age problems for our furry pals) and we manage them as best we can with medication, but her quality of life is still good, she eats, she sleeps (a lot!), she plays with her little sister (for 5 minutes until she gets winded), she still greets us with her happy dance when we come home. She's our baby girl and we feel so lucky to still have her around.
here she is a week ago, doing what she does best!
and this is picture of her we had taken for her 14th birthday back in April:
