12 week old Frenchie possible allergy?! HELP!!

I just got my new baby Frenchie a couple of weeks ago and has as clean bill of health. Yesterday I took him to the vet for one of his check ups and booster shots. The vet said he saw now signs of allergies and was good to go until his next booster shots in a few weeks. Today I noticed this tummy becoming a little pink and he was itching out of no where. Then a few minutes ago I noticed that he started to have red dots all of his stomach and under his arm pit, as well as a nipple looking inflammed. Anyone have any idea of what is going or or what I should do?!

Hmmmmm........ I'm no expert in reactions to shots, but I do know that itchy skin and hives can appear after boosters. It may be unrelated of course, but if you've only just had it done yesterday and this is happening now I would suspect it's linked.

I would call the vet and maybe they can see you to take a look at him. It would be good to know if it has been the shots, as you want to try and make sure it doesn't happen when he goes back in a couple of weeks to get the next ones.
