Hi everyone,
I belong to small FB Frenchie group and saw an post last night about a 3 year old female Frenchie needing a new home. She apparently is listed on Craigslist, was purchased but then a few days later dumped in a shelter. The original owners have her back and are still trying to sell her. She is located in Sacremento, CA area, is 3 years old, described as loving and cuddly and she looks exactly like my Daphne!

Anyone on here by chance wanting to adopt an adult and lives nearby? I just hate knowing she's on Craigslist and could have the same thing happen to her again or worse.

This makes me sad. Thank god she is spayed.

They need to give her up to a rescue. They will take the time to find her a proper home.

Wow, she really does look like Daphne right down to the spot on the top of her head. I'd love to take her except I'm on the wrong coast. We've been considering a companion for Gracie. I'd prefer a male but we could probably make a female work. I hate to see her on Craigslist.

Looks like the post has been deleted. We can only hope she ended up in the right hands.

I wouldn't be surprised if she has a hundred applications in to adopt her. That is how it is here whenever there is a frenchie up for adoption. The good thing is the shelter can choose the new guardian very carefully.
