he looks lost in that big cart..... still adorable!

He had fun in Petco....He got all his big boy shots on Saturday. DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella. I opted for Bordetella since it's now ORAL. He did fine with it. I need to take Ollie down for it too.

hi julie so is batman still in the cart? Chowder gets his last shot on the 31st then gotta wait 2 more weeks for rabies. I CANT WAIT. lOL!

He looks cute in the car. Come on mama, give me a push. :)

Pierce finished all of his shots this week. It will be nice to finally take him out and about some. I will still be cautious, but they are going to love him at Petco, which is only five minutes from our house. We are also going to go there for training. They have a trainer with 30 years experience. Our vet said she is one of the best in the area. I think randy is convinced he can train Pierce on his own, but ai have decided that Meghan and I (and Pierce) need the classes. If he wants to join one of us, he can, or he can just go with what we learn.

Teresa,

You will find that the training classes are more for YOU than for your puppy. The actual training and work comes in when you work with your puppy one on one at home. Group classes are a tough way to train your puppy. Don't have high expectations of him doing the commands or listening to you during class time. With all the distractions it will be very hard. If he listens at home when your working with him then be happy. Doing the commands with distractions should come after he can do the commands without distractions. :)

I always tell my clients that the classes are for you to learn how to train your puppy. :)
