Bumps on body

Hi! I noticed 2 days ago that my frenchie has bumps all over his body and red spots on his face. Yesterday he has no appetite and vomited the food he ate the night before so I let him fast for 24 hrs. I gave him Benadryl 7.5ml every 8 hours and mix dextorse powder with his water. Today he still has the body bumps and red spots on his face and he still has very low energy. Anybody experienced this?

Without a picture, i can't be sure.... but you should get to a vet if he is lethargic and still not eating

My frenchie had a battle with mites. There were red bumps on her body and you could see them causing some hair loss. If it gets to bad and an infection occurs they can become lethargic.

Yup, and it's allergies. I just had two small bumps turn into a massive hot spot.

I would say sounds like allergies, but there are a lot of unknowns... age, diet, environment... I am with all of the others who recommended a trip to the vet.
