I haven't purchased a costume yet for Daphne for Halloween. Just wondering if many of you dress up your Frenchies and if so, I'd love to see some pics as inspiration. This is our first Halloween with her and there are a lot of kids in this neighborhood who like her and I think it would be fun to dress her up!

Been through two Halloweens without a costume; probably not this year, either.

That being said, my wife and I love seeing pictures of Frenchies in costumes.

It's so darn hard to find cute thing that fit!! I looked the other day and didn't see anything that really appealed to me, but I'm sure my kids would like it if we found costumes for the pups.

Halloween two years ago... we have since lost our girl Bella[emoji25]. What a pair...

I was able to see a little thumbnail, but couldn't get it to play :(
I really wanted to see it!

mattcantwin, can't see it (?)
FroxerMom, I'd go with a costume. She'd be so adorable!!! I have gotten a costume every year but only have it on Bambi long enough to take a picture. Most darling thing. Have you seen the costumes out there - adorable! This year Bambi is wearing a pink poodle skirt with black and white top and pink head band. She will be very sad, but just temporarily. Gotta suck it up for fashion. :haha: Good luck.

Great costumes already!

Sorry about the video not working; may play around with it a bit.

O.M.Goodness.

So so cute!
I agree....if she only leaves it on for a quick photo, that's worth it to me. I stood in Target yesterday quietly arguing with husband over a costume. It was only $10. There was 1 left and it was in her size. I said it was a sign! We had to get it! He said no, she'll never keep it on. I said something similar...gotta suck it up for fashion. He said no.

I'll be going back to Target later today and if it is still there, Daphne will have herself a costume. Muhahahahaha! :sneaky2:

I'm pretty sure I clicked on thumbnail. Will try again!

They didn't have the costume when I went back to Target the other day, so looks like we are just going to dress up as a "Chilly Frenchie on a Fall Day."

Oh my, these pictures are adorable. I can barely keep a harness on Gracie let alone a costume. She won't wear doggy coats either. Oh well, maybe if it gets cold enough.....

This post got me to thinking....if I was going to get Gracie a costume, I'd go with Darth Vader. With her dark face, almost black eyes and all her snorting and snuffling, it would be frightenly realistic.

Found a Chewbacca costume for Jake at the Petco. I was laughing too hard to get him to stand so I could capture the rest of the outfit. Lol. He was a good sport about it, at least. 20181012_133751.webp20181012_133729.webp
