I would continue with the transitioning. You could also try Acana, which is a little lower in protein (but usually all dogs are pretty flexible in adjusting to all kinds of protein levels.)

You can also add a probiotic to his diet. Kefir would be best, but plain, lactose free yoghurt would do, too.
Also, when you say you feed vegetables, do you feed a lot od cruciferous vegetables? And do you feed them chopped up or pureed?

Thank you, I will continue with the trasition, it already seems to be getting better so fingers crossed they are adjusting,
I will look into the probiotic also, I only feed one cruciferous vegetable and its broccoli. I feed them chopped vegetables and then slighted boiled.
