Dog Arching Backwards

Hello,

Louie is about 4 months old and every once in a while sits or lays with his back arched backwards (see image). He is not getting sick and is going to the bathroom as normal, but I just want to make sure there are not any issues that anyone here is aware of. I took him to a veterinarian and he did not know why he is doing it. Has anyone else experienced something like this with their dog? The image file I uploaded is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise - sorry, I couldn't figure out ho to get it to post correctly.

Possibly acid reflux. What's he eating and how often?

He eats Nulo Freestyle Salmon & Peas Recipe Grain-Free Puppy Dry Dog Food. We feed him 1/3 cup in the morning and 2/3 cup in the evening.. he does not sit like this everyday which is why I am so curious about it. Maybe once every few weeks. I thought it might be growing pains, but the vet told me he hadn't seen a dog sit like that before.

It could be growing pains. Is your vet a bulldog specialist or at least have knowledge about bulldogs? If not, I would probably find a new vet. This breed is definitely not like other breeds.

I have no clue why he sits this way, but he sure is a cutie!
