Drooling

Hi,

Bodhi has been excessively drooling since yesterday. Today she is still drooling,, woke up in a puddle, and now her right eye is very red in the corner and she is squinting. Has anyone had this ? We have an appointment for the vet this afternoon. Just wondering

Dr says just an upset tummy so she gave me some omeprazole pills. And for her eye she may have an eye infection so she gave me neomycin & polymyxin B sulfate ointment. So I hope it clears up and isn't anything more serious.

It sounds like a good vet. report! Our English Bulldog, Ruggles, drools all of the time. He has huge jowls and 'stores' water in them which becomes slobber. It is gross but we still love him!

She is feeling better already ! Her eye is still a little red but not as bad as it was and she is able to open it completely. She's also not drooling as much either. So that's good too !! Don't know what it was or if the symptoms were related,, maybe she got into something :/ Don't know but I'm so happy she is getting better

Banksy has had at least 3 issues with his eye this year! Its common with frenchies. Glad to hear it was nothing major and shes feeling better now

She might have been drooling if her eyes were hurting her. Good news that it's nothing serious!

Yes I think that may have been it,, as soon as her eye cleared up so did the drooling !! Thanks for your concern, she is just the sweetest thing I get so worried about her
