Excessive peeing

Hi, I have a 4 month old boy frenchie and he has done really well at potty training. Today I took him to my sisters, she has female Aussie shepherd . He was at her house for 7 hrs and had 8 pee accidents in the house some minutes after coming inside from peeing. I also noticed he has really watery eyes. He didn’t get into anything unusual, he plays really well with the Aussie Shepard. Behavior at her house seemed normal, the peeing definitely was not normal. He has also recently been peeing a little when he gets excited. Should I be concerned? Your help is greatly appreciated
