My kids are just as excited as I am about Twiggy. Last night my 7 year old said "next year when we go on vacation, we are going to have to get a cabin instead of a hotel. We can NOT leave Twiggy behind". On Halloween they said that next year we had to get her a costume so she could go trick or treating with us. Then, we were talking about a Christmas party we are having this year that's a "tacky Christmas sweater" party, and they were discussing ideas for Twiggy's sweater LOL. She is going to be SO spoiled by everyone here it's not even going to be funny.

It's getting really close to the holidays and I am really really really wanting her!! I feel like I miss her even though she has never been here. That makes no sense, I know, but I really want her here so bad! I constantly think about her being here with me. It's like I'm waiting for a human child or something. I think about her snuggling on the sofa with me, and laying by the fire, riding in the car, going on vacation...I'm obsessed!
I remember when you were looking for one, and were getting discouraged. I'm glad you found Leo and Molly. It looks like they fit right in.

I think she gets her sometime in the summer from what I recall. I can't wait to see spoiled little Twiggy! I remember meeting this girl before I got my Frenchies and going to meet Twiggy's breeder, Katie. She is wonderful and love her dogs, but for some reason Twiggy was the girl that left her impression on me, well, her and Stella! :yes:

No, it's a different breeder, but she did visit them once. They didn't have any adults available at the time, if I am remembering correctly.
So, I'm still super excited. Oh my gosh what I would do if I could have her right now! We get to visit her in about a month though, so that is something to look forward to. My 7 year old is sending a handful of Christmas cards of her own out. She chose some random people and Twiggy LOL.

My husband is excited about her, but tries to act all cool around me about it. My 15 year old said that when he took her to ride her horse the other day, he was showing everyone Twiggy's picture and kept talking about her. She said he was talking about how sweet she was and how friendly, and how she loved the kids. Then the trainer called me yesterday (my daughter's riding instructor) and we were talking. She said that he sure was excited about the dog we were getting next year. Ha! He tries to play it cool in front of me but he's just as excited as me and the girls.
