Frenchie Noises

My Frenchie is so noisy! He purrs like a cat, often sounds like he has excessive phlegm in his throat. Are these normal? I'm not bothered by it. Just want to make sure he's ok.

Yes, normal. With the phlegm, try a squirt of lemon juice in mouth to help break it up.
