My Frenchie is 9 months old and has been diagnosed with MRSA. I have been going to my regular local vet who is wonderful but I think this situation needs someone experienced with frenchies as he also has an unknown underlying condition that opened him up to getting the MRSA. Thank you!

I just learned of a bulldog specialist in Redmond. Her name is Melissa Norton. I will reach out to see if she has experience with MRSA. My vet isn't a specialist but he owns Pugs and is familiar with the smushy faced breeds. His name is Terry Beatty and is in Lynnwood at Animal Surgery and Care Center.

Okay, I just messaged with Dr.Norton's vet tech (I'm getting an English Bulldog from her) and she thinks based on your dog's age, it could be struggling from demodectic mange opening up the skin barrier allowing the bacteria in. Have you taken him to a dermatologist? They may have better insight than a regular vet. If you're interested in that route, I can give you the name of the dermatologist that Jax goes to.

WSU has a great diagnostic hospital if you don't get results in Seattle.

Ok great thank you so much! I really appreciate your help. Yes the name of your dermatologist would be great! @crbugs
