Gassy

My two are raw fed, they have coconut oil, yumega and DE added to food. Hugo is a gulper so he has a slow feeder bowl. Winston licks constantly so takes in air. I use charcoal biscuits occasionally they seem to help.

Kefir is pretty widely available. Wegmans & Acme have it - it's in the dairy aisle near the yogurt. Low fat plain greek yogurt works, but doesn't have nearly as many beneficial bacteria's as kefir. I also drink it in the morning & my tummy has been feeling (and looking) great.

I just looked at mine and it's a milk base. Should I get a goat's milk one next time or is this one fine?

Goats milk is a little easier/faster digested than cow milk.
It also doesnt contain any alpha-casein protein and some other protein forms that can be linked to mild allergic reactions.
I find the cow milk Kefir easier to find and if it is the only available one definitely still go for it. However if you are able to choose Id go with the goat's Kefir. :)

Its kind of hard to describe a slow feeder bowl and there are a lot of different varieties ;) Best thing would probably be to google it. :) Its a bowl thats not as deep and round as a normal bowl. It sometimes has plastic/ metalic pieces in the middle of it so the food moves around and the dog cant just inhale it.

My favourite probiotic is plain Kefir. :) However if you cant get your hands on it plain yoghurt or a dog probiotic you can buy at a pet store/ online would work as well.

Grain free such as grain free buffalo and no table scraps makes a difference!! Zeta is on grain free, no table scapes and no more gas!
