I HATE people who treat animals this way! So happy to hear you are helping out with getting them to a shelter to save their lives.

I think I would cry instantly seeing such a sweet little Frenchie in that condition. You can just see how sweet he is in those big expressive eyes!

Hopefully with treatment and a strict diet he will make a full come back!
