Head tilts left

Have a 2 year old male -“Tank”
One morning noticed his balance was bad to the left side.
Vet put him on anti biotic for an ear infection
Initially got a little better .
Contacted another vet , stated we should continue one more week on antibiotics along with a steroid.
Tank still plays and runs around, but always has the left side lean
Anyone have this?????
