Congrats and they both are beauties. Training Frenchies is a lot like training English, they both work for food, and can be stubborn. :)

update: frenchie are a lot smarter than my english was at the puppy stage. we have had him for over 2 months now and have fully house trained him as well as some tricks but if he has an accident in the kitchen, where he and the english are confined during the day if we are not home, he will still eat his own poop. we tried a week of
forbid and maybe we should try 2 weeks instead. any other tips?

How much do you feed? It could be too much food and he still smells the 'food' not poo. Also what brand of food

i feed him the required amount for his weight and age that is on the bag of good. i am feeding him Fromm brand grain free dry food. that would make sense that he still smells the food and wants to go back for
more.

Bag always has too much to feed... follow this guideline...

8 weeks1/2 cup 3 times a day
12 weeks2/3 to 3/4 cup 3 times a day
4 & 5 months3/4 cup 3 times a day
6 months to 1 year1.25 to 1.5 cups twice a day
