Hello there!

I am new to this and anew to Frenchies!

I am trying to sort out the sleeping habits of our 19 month old Frenchie.

So he was a rescue dog. We got him at four months old. He’s slept on our bed ever since.

We are trying to get him off our bed at night and it has been horrendous! He is howling all night pooing everywhere and throwing up bile.

Help! What should I do!

Thank you!

I hope someone more informed will be along to help.

Clearly he is stressed out and perhaps he needs to be eased into it. What routine do you have at night to get him settled in?

Just let the baby sleep on the bed is my best advice. The breed is known to have separation anxiety, once you allow them in the bed you probably best to stay with it.

Agree with Jeff.. bring him to bed you’re creating a separation anxiety situation/behavior that will never be resolved.
