So Danté went to his BeaBull friend Mugsy's house and fell in love with his hoof. I went out and got him one, but can't find much on the 'net regarding their safety. Any input before I leave him unsupervised with one?

I don't know what I expected when I opened this thread, but it would've been something along the lines of "is it normal for bulldogs to have hooves?". Lol!!

:lmao:

I buy them here bulk and pass them out for out for all my pack--6 chihuahuas, 1 cattle dog, 1 corgi and 2 frenchies- no problems and they love them--some play and chew on them every day- sometimes only a few times a week- but they DO stink when they get them "wetted up" after chewing on them a while . otherwise not messy! And i just leave them laying around...some outside in their play area too!

We don't give ours hooves, but I have never heard anything bad about them. Just no rawhides, bullysticks, or ears.

Why no bullysticks?

OK, well, I may as well just go home now because I'm not getting any work done after that.

Never used them, so do not know much about them. I use antlers and raw marrow bones

They STINK! Literally! I had them for Leo & Molly for a while and I kept smelling cow manure, seriously! No more. They loved them, but I couldn't stand the smell. So now they love their elk antlers and nylabones.

When I found out what they were made of, I decided I would never buy them. Plus I heard they smell bad!

Oh. They were my only salvation when Radar was in his chew everything faze. It was the only item that kept his interest, he didn't gag himself with them and my furniture was safe. The idea of where they come from is gross but they don't seem to upset his tummy like greenies, whimzies, or any of the other digestible chew options did.

The smeII drove them outside of our household, I mean it is our house to not just our furbabies
