Hi, Iโ€™m a new frenchie parent and am wondering about how much insurance should I get for my frenchies. I have a boy (Leo) who is 11 mos. and just got him a sister (Lilikoi) who is 11 wks.. I currently have ASPCA insurance for Leo but they only go up to $10,000 annually. Any suggestions would be great! Thank you.

I've never used insurance, always have a credit card to use just for the pups. I know a few people that have had it and said it was well worth the spend. i also know many that have dropped it due to the skyrocketing monthly premiums

I have it for my Frenchie. It increased $10 in 1 month to $75. I might cancel it as it's $900/ year! For only $5K coverage. I don't know......

Thank you all for the responses. I called ASPCA insurance to ask if they had a higher coverage then they show available when searching online and they offered a $20,000 a year coverage with $500 deductible and 90% reimbursement for $102 a month (thatโ€™s with the multiple pet discount). I found that they had the best rate.

We use Fetch pet insurance. We have coverage up to $15,000 yearly. It does increase yearly. Make sure you have your vet do a complete physical when they are young so they cannot determine preexisting conditions. One of our pups had to have surgery on his spine this year and it was covered.

I will definitely do that. Thank you.
