I bought it on amazon, chewy has it also...I just needed it ASAP so I amazon prime same day delivery'd it.

It's made by a company called Solveit if I remember correctly this one is the large, which is the last size that can hang from the head rest before you go to the XL. He is about 12lbs in that pic so I'd say it has a 18-20lb max size Frenchie holding ability
