Hi everyone,

We just got our puppy, Chewie, he’s great and we love him already. But he’s a little different from other frenchies. He’s 9 weeks right now and his ears are still floppy, but he has really long legs and is very long and skinny. Also his head is small for the body. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

He is adorable but looks like he is mixed with something else. I love his color.

Yeah, he’s cute but he’s definitely mixed.

Did you see them in person? Visit the breeders home?

Yes, I picked him up from their home and the mother was there

He is adorable, but I bet a DNA test would show that the father isn't the one pictured. When we bought Buster we thought he was English like his mother--turned out the Frenchie stud got the job done! If you paid for a Frenchie, the breeder should give you a partial refund!

Agreed that he definitely looks like a mix, his muzzle is very long. But he's adorable all the same!

If you paid for a Frenchie I would definitely talk to the breeder about getting a partial refund as I'm sure you could also find any veterinarian to attest that he is not a purebred Frenchie.
