My daughter's boyfriend of 3 1/2 years tragically passed away last month so we bought this cutie, Gwen, to help with the grief. She is the cutest, sweetest puppy but man is she stubborn.

Very cute dog! Since you are in Canada I would recommend Carna4 duck as best kibble to start with (Carna4 chicken is not grain free). If you are lucky enough to have a dog with no allergies you can try other dog food kibbles like Acana, Orijen etc . If she does develop allergies ( eg. licking paws and ear infections ) , try switching to dehydrated raw or frozen raw later.

I'm sorry for your daughter's loss! Gwen is adorable!! All Frenchies are damn stubborn. Their cuteness lets them get away with it. :D

I'm also in Canada and feed my pups Acana Pacifica. My BT Uma has a chicken allergy and find both my pups do well with fish.

So very sorry fro your daughter's loss.... :( what a wonderful way to help her heal.

Aww, Gwen looks so sweet. Can't image her having a stubborn bone in her little Frenchie body! ;)

I hope Gwen helps your daughter heal.

There is nothing better than a pup to help with healing! Gwen is adorable!!!

Welcome to you and Gwen.
Sorry to hear of the tragedy in your family.
Gwen will bring many smiles and help with the healing.
If she's stubborn, she's doing her job!! :)
That's what they do!!
:)

Sorry to hear about her boyfriend, so sad. Your pup is a cutie pie, and yes Frenchies can be a little stubborn.

Frenchies are so stubborn!! I see all the Frenchies in the neighbourhood sitting down and refusing to move while being walked ( including mine ) . Every time my Frenchie sees a person or dog she won't move till they pass by.
