I may get on my soapbox here and I don't intend to offend anyone either, but this is where breeding the "rare" colors is a problem. This "breeder" is obviously (IMO) breeding for the money. One red flag for me would have been when he said you could see "one or two of his dogs"...... why not all of them??? An upstanding breeder should have no problem with you visiting their "facility", home, whatever it may be, to see all of the dogs in the breeding program, as well as any pets. That gives you an idea of how their doggies live....... Also, those prices are absolutly flipping ridiculous!!!!!!!! He's breeding a "rare"/"fad" color, and he knows people will give him his price because they want this "beautiful" color..... he's not about breeding for health.

This just makes me sad. :*(
