Hey!

I hope everyone is enjoying the end of summer (Thank God!).

Ella has been so thrilled to be outside and thankfully tolerates the heat fairly well. She's never out for more than a few minutes if it's over 77 or so, but she really has enjoyed the pool and the hose so I think she will be sorry to see it go, haha.

Unfortunately, it's getting to be tick season again. UGH. No matter how hard you try to keep them away from trees and out of the grass, those little boogers still find their way around very rarely. I'm not a huge fan of most of the chemical products such as Frontline and Bravecto, and our dogs don't react well to them, so I've been trying to find some natural products that are safe and would work. I thought Earthbath made one but they only seem to make grooming sprays, and I'm very picky about what goes on Ell's skin so it's been hard to find a product. Any thoughts from other Frenchie parents:D? Most vets think I'm nuts, but they don't seem to understand that Ella is super sensitive.
