Need a recommendation for allergy dog foods for Frenchies

My Frenchie has allergies and has been on apoquel to help. About 3 months ago,

small bald spots started on his flanks. 2 Vets gave 2 different opinions of the situation.

How can I help his hair to grow back faster.? (it is better but not 100% yet). Foods ????

I feed a few Stella and Chewy's meal toppers and Zignature Salmon.

Can you post pictures of his sides … it could be seasonal flank alopecia… if it is that then melatonin will help
