New Addition

Hey everyone,

I wanted to introduce the newest member to our little family. My wife and I have been wanting to adopt a senior frenchie for awhile. We had recently been declined by FBBR but luckily we were chosen to adopt this handsome guy. We are going to call him Chips, just to be super punny. (Fish and Chips) From what the foster family knew about him; he is 6 years old and he came from a previous home where he was being neglected. The first week has been amazing. Chips is so patient and calm, he is happy to do his own thing and is very tolerant of our 1 year old frenchie as well. There is a few things to work on. He only weighs 22 pounds so our vet said 3-4 additional pounds would be beneficial to him, as well his diet was so poor, we have transitioned him to the Orijen Six Fish.

Congratulations! And Welcome Chips! We just added a second frenchie to our house too, a 7 month old rescue. Frenchies seem to be like potato chips, you can't have just one!

Awwww, THANK YOU for adopting a senior dog! I have such a soft spot for seniors, and I'm so happy that Chips can spend his remaining years in a kind and loving home. And he has a companion! So awesome. You have a great soul.
