New Frenchie mom from FL here!!

I just adopted my 3 month old male frenchie and I am so in love with him. He has brought so much joy into mine and my families life. I have been researching like crazy and trying to learn everything I can to give him the best life possible. I have two children (10 and 14) and they just love him. They are at the perfect age to responsibly love and help take care of him. We named him Maddox and he is my first ever dog of my own. My whole life I had been a cat person but not anymore. I never imagined I could love a dog so much

I'm new to the forum too. Maddox sounds like a real sweetie. I've only been here for a few days and already have received a nice welcome and loads of helpful advice. My French Bulldog (Daphne) is about 17 months old. I've had her since February. Daphne had previously lived in Hungary and Amsterdam before making her way to the US. It's only been a few months but she is settling in nicely (although it was a rough start).

She has a 7 year old Boxer brother (Sox) and her kitty sister (Stella) will be turning three in a couple weeks. Welcome!

I was the same as you, thought I was a huge cat person and then I got Jax who was my first dog of my own and I love him so, so much. I still like cats but I would say now I am 100% a dog person. And Frenchies are just so awesome.
