Non legitimate breeder

Just wondering if anybody had any advice on how to report a breeder who is seeling sick puppies? I had issues with mine and have met several other people with the same issues from set breeder is there anything I can do to stop people from getting these sick puppies and potentially saving them thank for all your help

I believe you can report them to your local Police who will give you the correct department or authority

You probably can report them and hope they get shut down.
