I've had Klay for about 2 weeks now he's 12 weeks old and he's been on the same food since I've gotten him. For the past 3-4 days now he's not eating as much but he's pooping pretty often. About 2-3 times after every meal within an hour. The stool is really soft. Is it time to change the food? Or is there something else I should be doing differently. He eats 3 times a day. A bout a cup of food for every meal. I feed him Natural balance L.I.D for pups (lamb and brown rice)

I do not use natural balance for my Gus, but I did for my former one, Max. I do not remember the feeding chart for that brand - but it sticks out in my mind three cups a day might be a bit much for him. At this age- I follow the advice of others by gauging the poop consistency.
Also- lamb might be the issue as well. Gus got very soft poops from a small portion of the Fromm lamb when he was the age of your pup. He's almost 8 months now and I put it in rotation again to try and he's doing very well on it.
I also think they poop more often at this age anyways.

He should be eating between 200and 250 grams depending on weight

I would definitely feed less. I would try about 2 cups per day. I would also change his food to something a little more high quality.

Agreed... too much food for him.

Also look into a high quality grain free kibble
