Potty training

Hello,

My 5 month male frenchie only wants to go potty inside the house for the most part he will use the pad. I can take him out for hours and he will not do anything outside any suggestions? We can take him to a park and he will not do anything until we get home. :/

They are buggers and you have to be patient and consistent.... treats, treats and more treats when he goes outside. Throw a party when it happens on the spot as soon as he is done. it takes time.... our guy was 2 yrs old when fully trained --- he was a stinker

Try taking his pad outside, he might get the hint. Also, take him to a dog park where there are lots of good smells, he just may need to add his scent. Try walking him with a dog friend that likes to leave his mark everywhere. Your guy might get the idea. Good luck!
