Hi, I am a new dog owner and need an advise how to organize my Frenchie's day while I will be out at work. He is 4.5 month now and I have him since he was 3 month. He is gated in the kitchen at night, but just recently we let him around, unless I am out of the house, when he is back in the kitchen. He is potty trained except of the few accidents since we let him out around the house, but that is getting better. Currently his schedule is as follows:
5-5:30am - wake up and go out.
6am - play time in the kitchen with family while kids getting ready for school
7-7:30am -- meal
7:30 am - take him out
8am -- in the kitchen along
10:30-11am -- take him out for a walk
11-12 -- play time with me, running around the house
12-12:30 -- meal
12:30 -- take him out
12:30 -3:30 -- either running around the house if I am home or in the kitchen if I have to run some errands
3:30 -- take him out
3:30 - 5pm- running around the house, play time with kids
5 pm - meal
5:30 -- take him out
8 pm - take him out/walk
11pm - take him out.

If I return to work, I have to leave at 8 am and my husband will be back at 4 pm. How should I shcedule a puppy sitter/walker? If she comes at 12, he will need to go out first. Then what? Should she feed him and take out again? Or do you have a sitter coming twice a day? If yes, what time?

Thanks everyone for the help. I am really panicking in leaving my baby home along.

Sounds like you have it down. I would now crate train him, and he stays in it at night and once he gets used to it, he stays in it when you are gone. If he is doing good in the kitchen, you can leave him there is you wish, but we crate ours when we are gone. Anyway, if you go back to work, I would have the sitter come in around 12 or 1 to let out to potty and mid-day meal. Once he is about 7 months old, you can switch to adult food, and go to twice a day feedings. Use the same amount you are feeding three times, and device it in two feedings, until around one year, and then adjust to control weight. Hope this helps.

Thank you. Should I ask the sitter to take him out before and after his lunch?

He never been in the crate and does not pee or poop in the kitchen, so I feel much better keeping him there instead of the crate. He has his toys, bed and water there and he seems very happy there (he never cried at night since we brought him in).

Jax is 3 now and we never crate trained him. We got him in June 2013 when he was about 11 weeks old. The kids were home since it was summer and able to play with him, take him out, etc. Once September had come and they went back to school, we would leave Jax confined in the kitchen and still do it that way today. He is fine in there and usually just sleeps. I don't have a sitter/walker but he does go daycare at least once a week if not more.

Great schedule!

Agreed!! ^^^^

Good job scheduling your pup! Our boys love their "houses" and I am so glad they are crate trained. We are retired so they aren't in closed crates too often, but it is a great option to have, especially when traveling with them!
