Rash near armpit

Hey all! I noticed a rash about 4 days ago near Leos armpit after he was scratching excessively in that spot. Does this kind of rash look familiar to anyone? It bothers him some days more so than others... I have been wiping it once a day but it isn’t really getting any better. I apologize in advance if the pics turn sideways - I don’t know how to fix that

Does he wear a harness? If yes, it MIGHT be irritating the arm pit.

If no on the harness... is he under a year old... if yes, it could be mites/mange. Any other spots on his heard or legs?

He does wear a harness but not often as of late and not at all in the last 4 days. He is 10 months old and no other spots anywhere else, just there. I should probably also mention he has been shedding like crazy for the last month without any signs of it letting up. Usually his shedding sprees are over in under a month. Any natural remedies you can reccommend I can try in advance of a vet visit?

I feed a local made raw brand - we rotate between beef, chicken, duck and salmon and sometimes pork (no veg or fruit added other than kelp). We sprinkle a pre/probiotic on his morning meal - the brand adored beasts.

Jax gets that from allergies. I’ll normally dab it with diluted povidone iodine and put on a little coconut oil.

He has both but the rash is usually from his environmental allergies.

OK thanks a lot will try the coconut oil and keeping it clean. Hoping it clears up soon
