red inflammed skin in folds by nose

Our Moolah has a very red inflammed area inside the nose fold under her eye...anyone know whats good to put on it??
I did put some hydrocortisone cream on it....wondered if there were nay other ideas....thanks

I used Polysporin on Benjamin a couple weeks ago. Took a few days but cleared up nicely. I stayed away from Neosporin because it's known to cause itching on occasion.
