Smoked bones

I belong to bark box and every month I get sent a box of treats for Carrot. Occasionally we received smoked marrow bones. See attached picture. Are these okay to give her? For some reason I thought I read that smoked things aren't good for frenchies? Is that because of the high salt content?
If it IS okay to give her these bones, how often would you say she can have them? Once a week?

I would pass on giving mine those. Real uncooked bones from your butcher would be better. Who knows what chemical process those bones have been through.

I would not give any type of cooked bones... they can splinter

Ditto the above comments, those bones could cause a lot of pain and expense!

Any kind of cooked bone is not good for dogs.
