Spot grew on eyelid

Hello, over the past 2 months a black spot has grew on the bottom of my frenchie's bottom eyelid. When I first got him there was nothing there. Then as time went on I started to notice the spot growing bigger and now it has even started to show on his upper eyelid. Does anyone know if this can be normal? Is it just some of his colors growin in late or should I have a vet look at him? I have attached a picture from when he had no spot and another picture from today.

It does look rather weird! I was constantly thinking "what the heck is that?" But after a few weeks you get used to the new look! It makes our babies unique!

And thanks! That's what really got us to rush an hour away in a blizzard to pick him up!
