Does anyone have any experience with dog warts? Jax has one on his mouth that he has had for a month now. I took him to the vet when he first got it and the vet said there was really nothing to do to make it go away faster and that it will eventually go away on its own but could take several months to. So now he is quarantined from other dogs since it is contagious and I feel bad because he used to go to daycare once a week. I can tell he is getting cabin fever cause he is getting more hyper and crazy. We take him to the backyard and on walks and play hard with him in the house to get his energy out but it isn't the same as him playing with other dogs. I sure hope the wart goes away sooner rather than later.

I have not had experience with dog warts. Could he be given a topical or something so it isn't contagious?

Maple recently had a little pimple around her mouth and her privat area but they both disappeared within two weeks so I think they were some sort of pimple and not warts so sorry Im no big help with this one

I don't have any experience with them either. Bummer that they are contagious and he can't play with his friends.

puppy warts suck.... i do not think there is anything you can do, it is one of those things that just has to run its course

I discovered over the weekend what appears to be a cluster of warts inside Jax's cheek [sigh]. He is going to the vet tomorrow just to make sure everything is okay and that it is nothing more than warts.

I know this is an older post but Cbrugs, what helped get rid of your pups warts inside the cheek?
