What caused these bumps on Jacques face?

Did they just show up like that?

No fur seems to be a skin infection of some type... bacteria or virus. If under a year old it could be mange.

I would go to the vet for a check

Could be a lot of different reasons for that as mentioned, but you might need an oral antibiotic or oral antifungal or anti parasite depending on what vet finds. It definitely wouldn't hurt to start some fish oil supplementation and to try switching to a different food.

any updates on Jacque? Just thinking you could try rubbing in some coconut oil or manuka honey on the bumps till you get to a vet.
