Oh my haha! OK so I just had to share because I took this yesterday... Here is my 70 pound pitbull trying to sleep in the kitty's bed... granted he has an entire couch to himself but he chose this instead.

Hah, this is a similar phenomenon we used to have with our english bulldogs - the baby was a female and just dominated from day 1. Poor Max.
