Welcome! Peaches is a cutie. Do you know what is causing the phlegm? I’ve never had to do it but I’ve heard a squirt of lemon juice down the throat helps get rid of phlegm. But it’s probably a good idea to figure out the cause especially if it’s recurring.

Hi my vet sent me to a Frenchie specialist vet at Bristol. Nothing found, tried Omoperazole, piriton, charcoal tablets, pre and pro biotics.
Tried the lemon last night, but think it went in her mouth rather than her throat. So will try again. Diet changed to natures own fish and potato, and salmon and rice biscuits, thanks

Yes, it needs to go down their throat. There might be some old threads on here if you want to try the search function. I don't know if diet would affect the phlegm but I generally try to stay away from anything with potatoes in it as potatoes can cause yeast issues.
