Yellow rash on Frenchie

My 5 year old frenchie that is allergic to everything has a new rash on him. This is also on his hind legs. It also seems to have a odor to it. Any idea what it is and how to fix it?

Is it crusty? It looks like it could be infected. A vet visit might be necessary.

Yes it is. I plan on taking him to the vet on Tuesday, just wanted to get a idea on what the issue is.

My bulldog one time had an infection and the area was greenish. Antibiotics were needed and it cleared right up.

You could clean with chlorhexidine cleanser until you get to the vet
