6 day old puppy not gaining weight or growing ;.( help!

Hey there I just had a litter of puppies purebred frenchies the mom is doing great with the pups, she had 3 pups 2 are doing awesome 1 not so much, she is eating all the time we bottle feed her every hour and every 2nd hour she gets what she can drink from mom and more bottle, she drinks on average 2-3 cc/grams a feeding, she does pee and poop,
She seems to be a active strong baby but she is just not growin or gaining weight, any thoughts on this please? Thanks
Ps we also just put her on goats milk today mixing the regular formula with water and same amount goats milk.

It sounds like she's thriving but maybe her metabolism is really high. Goats milk is very fattening so hopefully that will help, how long has she not been growing or gaining? One day? 3 days? All 6 days? Are you weighing her by grams, pounds or ounces?

She has not been going weight she was losing it for the first couple days now she is stuck around 140 grams, and as of a couple hours ago she has stopped eating and is whimpering evertime she breaths, put her on heat pad, hope she gets better, any ideas?

It sounds like she may be ill, you are going to need to try to bottle feed and keep her warm, she may not make it I will pray for her ray: She may need medical attention that could save her life-- antibiotics are safe at 1lb but she is not even close..... Sub Q fluids under her skin and a dab of karo syrup on her tongue may give her some energy....

Sorry so late, and sorry for your pup. I agree, she does sound like she is ill. I would take her to a vet, and also try the Karo syrup, just a little on her tongue and in her goats milk. I would give her goats milk and mama's milk only, plus some antibiotics. I will keep your baby in my thoughts and prayers, and hope she makes it.
