Advice for eye "gunk"

Hey all, with Spring here Fish and Lou have both been getting a lot of buildup in their eyes and noses, I don't know if it is because of the temperature shift or allergies. Any advice with ways to help alleviate the buildup because sometimes it can be quite bad. Currently I am just using an unscented baby wipe to clean their folds, but any advice to help with long term would be much appreciated.

LOVE those faces! I use Benedryl 1 or 2 times a day to help once the allergies start kicking in.... I also use the baby wipes to clean but mostly I use witch hazel on a cotton pad
