Cookies, a singing toy, a blinged out Birthday girl dress & lots of love & kisses is how we celebrated my little T's Birthday! Can't believe shes a year old - it went so fast. The best puppy i have ever owned, right from the time we took her home. Sweet, calm, eager to please, go with the flow & a snuggler.

So glad we didn't listen to the first young & inexperienced vet who gave me a certificate that said she was unfit for purchase, told me she was blind in one eye & had hydrocephalus. She is small, weighed in at just 16 pounds last week, but is a healthy & happy little bundle of love. I'm a very lucky Frenchie Mommy. Love my Birthday Girl!

Happy birthday to little Miss Tallulah!!! Hydrocephalus? Wow pretty bold diagnosis to make without an MRI. I'm glad you went with your gut and ended up having a sweet, healthy, little love bug!
