Has anyone tried using this shampoo on their baby? I was told it helps with dandruff? I know some ingredients are not meant for dogs. I am just curious lol thanks!

I knew someone that used Baby shampoo..... but be careful with what you choose, it can strip all the natural oils and cause them to get dry skin or lose fur.

if issue with dry skin now.... maybe you are bathing too much or the food is not agreeing with him

I would not use head and shoulders on any dog. Infact I wouldnt even use it on myself :p

Earthbath makes really great dog shampoos.
Or rinse him with water only.

If your dog had dandruff, Id stop bathing and give a good quality fish oil and/or apply coconut oil on the skin (lots of people use it as lotion as well :) )

You could add some coconut oil to his diet, also. It is high in calories and just a little goes a long way.

Agreed:)

I give Bambi a light brushing every/every other day. She loves it and I think it stimulates her skin, distributes the natural oils and removes any dead skin and shedding fur. Her coat is beautiful. We have a soft rubber brush with soft nubs for bristles and it doesn't bother her at all. She comes running when she sees the brush.

I would not use head and shoulders for my pups. There are lots of good doggie shampoos out there. Ours is all natural with oatmeal and coconut oil in it - we buy it from a small local pet store
