My name is Elina and I am from Colorado. I am the owner to a 1.5 year old Presa Canario, Bane, and a 8 week old Frenchie name Ivy. She will be coming home to us next Monday and I think I've gone bananas getting the house ready for her arrival. I've attached a picture of her for everyone to see the new addition.
Bane is a wonderful dog. He is super friendly and has been wanting a sibling for some time now. He gives me a hard time leaving the dog park because he really loved playing with all of his friends. He is the biggest couch potato and I am sure these two will have an unbelievable relationship.
As for Ivy, I plan on crate training her until she is big enough where I can trust her alone with Bane. He is a well trained dog and hopefully she can learn a lot from him. I do feed Bane raw and have been since he came home to us at 2 months old. Ivy will be on raw as well, as a matter of fact- the breeder is slowly transitioning her to raw ground beef and goats milk to make it easier for us.
