Hudson's New Morning Ritual

We just moved to a new house and Hudson finally has a backyard. Every morning he asks to go outside and then he lays on his bed and basks in the sun. It melts my heart! I'm so happy he finally has an outdoor space.

Thank you! He is soooo much happier. He does zoomies through the whole yard several times a day, haha. He is having some allergy issues, probably from so much grass contact but I'm hoping they'll improve!

Thank you so much!! He was certainly happy to go from our temporary apartment (600 sq ft. Eek!!) to almost 2000 sq ft plus a backyard!! We are all much happier, but it's amazing to me how much his demeanor has changed.

And, as fate would have it, both the HVAC repair guy and the Internet guy who have been here have frenchies too! I'm hoping to find him a new group of friends to play with asap.

Thank you! The first time he went out was hilarious. He has never had a yard (my parents live on ten acres but it isn't fenced so he does not get free reign!) so he was like wow...is this all for me?!? Especially since he can't be trusted off a leash in un-fenced places this was all very new and exciting for him.

Thank you! He sure is. The zoomies outside crack me up. He will sit by the door and then when I let him out he just takes off like a rocket and then casually saunters back and lays down inside.

Thank you!! I am decorating, slowly but surely.. Got a wreath up today and next I need to figure out how to hang lights without having any casualties!! Lol. The outside of the house is cute as a button so I can't wait to see it all lit up!

And I totally agree -- when he's happy I am just beaming. He's like my child.
