Hi, recently was thinking to mix 2 different brand kibble ( Zignature lamb and Acana Lamb (Limited ingredient) to feed my 6th month old baby (suspect allergic to chicken, and don't like fish). I was reading different advice some said good to mix the other was opposite. Would like to seek for some kind advice or experience on mixing kibble.
and btw anyone try BELCANDO® MASTERCRAFT before? welcome any input ...

Thanks in advance .

Welcome to FBN. I know a lot of people that rotate kibbles … one month on/off. Others feed raw one meal and kibble the second. I don’t remember hearing of two brands being mixed. Never heard of the food you mentioned last in your post

I see... Thanks for your kind reply, may I ask, usually it takes how long to see the improvement after we switch to other protein for allergic reaction (fur shedding around eyes and itch eyes and paw).
Second is I'm not very sure if allergy to chicken does it include chicken fats/ liver/ heart/ bone?

Thank in advance for your kind sharing

Fur loss n face and around eyes… might actually be manage… have you had a skin scrape done?

A dog can be allergic to a protein in kibble but fine with the raw protein…. My bulldog was highly allergic to chicken kibble but ate raw chicken without issue. I avoided because I didn’t want to chance it impacting at some point
